FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
It aims to improve the body's ability to perform daily activities with ease. It targets multiple muscle groups and joints simulating real-life movements such as bending and twisting, while improving balance, coordination, and flexibility, therefore, reducing the risk of injuries.
STRENGTH
Also known as resistance training, which involves weights, machines, or bodyweight. It improves muscle strength, endurance, mass, and can help reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, and osteoporosis.

WEIGHT LOSS
This includes healthy lifestyle habits and a combination of cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to burn calories and increase muscle mass. In addition, it improves mood, increased energy levels, and reduces the risk of developing chronic health conditions.
STRETCHING
The practice of intentionally extending and lengthening the muscles of the body to improve their flexibility and range of motion. Regular stretching helps improve posture, reduce muscle tension and soreness, and increase blood flow to the muscles.
